Jessica and Jansen are married! You might remember these two from their Downtown Matthews engagement session. The joy we felt during their engagement session definitely overflowed into their wedding day. That’s one thing I love about Jessica and Jansen – they are just such fun, happy people and I’m thrilled I was able to photograph […]

A Gastonia, NC Wedding During Corona Anna and Josh were originally supposed to get married on May 30. However, like all spring couples this year, their plans were affected by the coronavirus. Creating this video was so heartwarming. I loved hearing about Heather and Taylor’s amazing friendship, stories about how their interest in styling began, how they want their brides to feel, and their personal reactions and relationships on each wedding day. I am so thankful that they shared so much of their hearts. Watch the video below and see for yourself how incredible these two ladies are! If you or someone you know is looking for a hair and makeup artist (not just for weddings) I think the choice is pretty clear! 🙂

I always knew her as a genuine and beautiful person, so when she asked me to do her bridal portraits, naturally I said yes! Rachel is not only incredibly sweet, she is also incredibly stunning! It […]
I absolutely love what I do and I know I chose the right major from the start. However, what I’ve been running into is that this industry can and will turn me into something that I’m not if I am not careful. It can turn me into someone that craves attention, popularity, and material things, and I know that is not who I am called to be. She has chosen the perfect dress and glittering jewelry, her best friends and family members are surrounding her, and her groom is […]
