A Fayetteville NC Wedding

Whitney and Logan’s Fayetteville, NC wedding happened at Studio 215 Events in May 2019. Their wedding fell on a hot late spring early summer day in North Carolina, let me tell you, but it didn’t stop them from having a gorgeous wedding day celebrating with all of their family and friends! 

Before the Wedding

Whitney and Logan are probably one of the happiest couples I have ever had! They were just so excited to finally be married, and it really showed throughout their day. When we arrived at the venue, we started with Whitney’s detail photos and photos of the amazing reception space!

The Wedding Dress

Whitney had actually forgotten her wedding dress and her dad had to speedily bring it to the venue! There’s always a story on wedding days! I can tell you it was worth the wait though, because Whitney’s wedding dress was so classy and beautiful. I especially loved the off the shoulder sleeves and detail in the beaded belt!

Studio 215 Events in Fayetteville has a really awesome bridal suite that is spacious and full of pretty light. It was perfect for robe photos of Whitney and all of her bridesmaids, as well as individual photos of Whitney before she finally put her dress on. Her sweet mom helped her into her dress and they were able to share an emotional moment together. 

Then, Whitney had a big reveal with all of her bridesmaids who were so enthusiastic and cheered her on! She even got to share a special prayer with them before heading outside for some portraits.

Bride and Bridesmaid Portraits

I loved all of the bridesmaids’ short modern dresses. They were burgundy and gold and so unique! Their gold heels complemented the dresses so well. Then, I got to take some portraits of Whitney by herself. I still can’t get over how beautiful her eye color is and how much it popped in all of her photos! 

Groomsmen Photos

The guys were up next! We did all of their photos outside as well, and we made sure to work quickly because of the sweltering heat!!! Logan was a total champ and all of his groomsmen were troopers too! 

First Look

Whitney and Logan shared an intimate first look in their ceremony space, followed by an exchange of gifts. Whitney gave Logan a tie that she had purchased before she ever met him, and had prayed over it for years!!! What an incredibly special gift. We were able to do a few portraits before it was time for the ceremony.

A Fayetteville NC Wedding Ceremony at Studio 215 Events

I love the wedding ceremony space at Studio 215 Events in Fayetteville NC. The back wall is backlit and makes for some beautiful photos.

Whitney and Logan both had the biggest smiles on their faces as she walked down the aisle! One of my favorite parts of their ceremony was when they passed their rings around to every single person who was present. Everyone had the opportunity to touch their rings and pray over them if they wished! 

After the ceremony, we headed back outside. It was a little cooler this time, perfect for Whitney and Logan’s bride and groom portraits! We especially loved the pretty gray brick wall that made the perfect backdrop for stunning photos!

The Indoor Summer Reception

After some fun with the two of them it was party time! They had a taco truck on site for all of their guests which was so much fun. This is one of the first weddings I had done with the food truck and it’s such a unique option to serve your guests. They also had a dessert bar complete with wedding cake, cookies, and brownies. Yum!

After everyone had gotten a bite to eat, they shared a sweet first dance, cut their cake, and did the bouquet and garter toss! Then it was really time for some dancing, and all of their guests had a wonderful time. They chose to do a sparkler exit, and it wasn’t quite dark whenever they left, which made for really pretty sparkler pictures! They ended the evening with one last kiss while all of their guest cheered! 

Whitney and Logan are such a sweet and fun couple and I was so honored to be a part of their Fayetteville NC Wedding day. I’m so grateful for amazing clients like them and I wish them all the best for years to come in their marriage!
