Family Photos at Rob Wallace Park in Midland NC Coggins Family

Portraits

October 1, 2024

I have been photographing this sweet family for years! I did Erin’s wedding and now Emma’s wedding is coming up next year! It’s so special to be able to really get to know a family like this. It makes every session and wedding day that I’m a part of even more meaningful. I’m already counting down the days until I see everyone again for Emma’s wedding!! This year, we met up at Rob Wallace Park in Midland NC for their family photos.

One of the reasons I love photographing this beautiful family is because they’re all adults! Obviously, I love working with younger families too but there’s something really awesome about photographing a family who hasn’t stopped booking sessions because their kids are grown. Instead, they’ve made family photos a big priority year after year – and as the family has grown to include their sons-in-law, their sessions have changed, too.

As I mentioned, we met up at Rob Wallace Park, which is gorgeous this time of year! We found a beautiful tree and a ridge within the park that made our session more creative and fun for all of us. If you’ve never been to Rob Wallace Park, it’s over 100 acres of natural habitat that’s full of green space for everyone’s enjoyment. It truly turned out to be a wonderful option for our photos!

A huge thank you to the Coggins family for trusting me with your special memories yet again. I love watching how you all change each year and I feel so lucky to be a small part of your story!

See another session with the Coggins family!
