Congratulations, Adria and Andrew! This sweet couple is tying the knot next spring in Morganton, so we celebrated with spring engagement portraits at Freedom Park. Adria and Andrew met 4 years ago online and it was so fun to hear more about their love story while we explored one of the best places in Charlotte. 

Spring Engagement Portraits in Freedom Park

Adria, Anndrew, and I had originally picked a different day for their engagement session. But, the weather had other ideas. We had to reschedule because of rain and I’m so glad we did. The wait was worth it! Freedom Park is absolutely gorgeous and to enjoy it on a sunny day was absolutely worth it. Adria and Andrew are truly joyful together. They complement each other so well. Adria is more outgoing, and even though Andrew is quieter, he has such a great sense of humor!

When they arrived one of the first things I loved was their outfits. Andrew’s tie matched Adria’s dress so perfectly! I loved the blue and pink color palette. It looked amazing against the green trees and the pond. They looked absolutely stunning together – so happy and in love. After a bit, Adria and Andrew changed into their second outfits – a more casual look. The rest of the session, Adria and Andrew enjoyed strolling through the park and looked so comfortable and relaxed. That’s one of my favorite moments during an engagement session – when a couple’s true personalities come out!
