One thing I love more than photographing bridal portraits might be finding new locations for sessions! This was my first time at The Stable at Riverview in Advance, NC and it did not disappoint! I met Meredith here for her bridal portraits and we had a blast exploring the stable and fields, as well as the pond, to capture her wedding dress and bridal look. 

The Stable at Riverview Bridal Portraits 

While this was my first time at this venue, it was not my first time working with Meredith’s family. I actually photographed her sister’s wedding (Kaitlyn and Brock!) and so getting to everyone again is making me so excited!! This time, Meredith is the bride so all eyes were on her during her bridal portraits. Meredith chose a beautiful strapless gown with lace detailing and a mermaid skirt. And she looks incredible!! 

Meredith definitely chose a great venue for her portraits. With lots of wood detailing, a pier, and the open fields, we had a great variety to work with. Her mom came along to help us and was amazing – making sure Meredith felt good, holding her bouquet, and making her smile. It all worked because these are definitely now some of my favorite spring bridal portraits! Seriously, how beautiful is Meredith?!
