I don’t even know where to begin with Meredith and Hunter’s engagement portraits. These two were incredible and up for anything our entire session. The result? Some seriously beautiful portraits from Hanging Rock State Park and The Rock House. I have the best clients and couples – so I can’t wait for you to see these images today! 

Hanging Rock State Park Engagement Session 

I have been wanting to photograph a couple at Hanging Rock State Park forever, so when I mentioned the idea to Meredith and Hunter, I was so thrilled they were into it. AJ got to come up with us and we did the short and easy hike for their portraits. The view was so worth it! It was a great spot to start their session with the waterfall of the Lower Cascades behind them. Meredith and Hunter were all about getting in the water and just having a great time, which really paid off. Those might be some of my favorite portraits I’ve ever taken. 

After we were done in the park, we headed to the Rock House. It’s a gorgeous historic site with some mountain views. Definitely the perfect way to end their session! Meredith and Hunter just enjoyed the view, hugging together and they seriously looked perfect. I loved that they also decided to use a pumpkin as their save the date. It was so cute – and a great touch for a fall session! 

Congratulations again, Meredith and Hunter! I’m so excited for you and your wedding at the Stables at Riverview in just a few short months. It will be so much fun to watch you become husband and wife.
