Winter Wedding at The Farm at Brusharbor

Congratulations to Caroline and Devon! Their beautiful and classic winter wedding at the Farm at Brusharbor was just a dream this past February. Caroline and Devon were my first wedding of 2022, and what a way to kick off the season! They planned a Christ-centered wedding day that was relaxed and fun. I loved every minute of their chilly winter wedding day and I can’t wait for you to see it!

NC Wedding Day Prep

From the moment I arrived, I was in heaven. Caroline had prepared so many fun details for me to play with during her detail shots, including ring boxes and vintage stamps for her invitations. She also had awesome Converse sneakers with her new last name on them. I mean, how cool is that?! As I worked, I got to enjoy the sounds of Caroline preparing with her bridesmaids. They even gifted her a book of letters from the important people in her life. I was blown away – because my own bridesmaids did something similar! It was so sweet to see this tradition carried on.

Christ-Centered Wedding in North Carolina

Caroline and Devon opted to keep a traditional wedding day and didn’t have a first look before their ceremony. It made the moment that Caroline walked down the aisle even more special for them both, and it was so sweet! Even sweeter was the fact that Caroline’s dad officiated their wedding ceremony alongside the church pastor. It was a wonderful moment for their entire family and I know it made their ceremony even more special. I loved that even in the winter, they had an outdoor ceremony so they could enjoy the view at the Farm!
