Tory and Colton are no strangers here on the blog! These sweethearts were married at Separk Mansion on October 17 and the night before, they held a welcome dinner. They brought all of their family and friends together for their Charlotte NC Rehearsal dinner along Lake Wylie. It was just PERFECT! Seriously, we had a beautiful night for the outdoor dinner. I felt so welcomed the entire night and I loved being here to capture all of the hard work of their families.

Colton’s mom collected all of the china, candles, and decor for the night. She set everything up and created a truly romantic atmosphere. Honestly, she outdid herself! It was truly magical. I can only imagine how much Tory and Colton loved it, too! Family Catering took care of the delicious meal and Colton’s mom made a delicious chocolate cake (family recipe!!). Since most of the wedding attendees were at the dinner, they decided to have their main toasts during the welcome dinner. I absolutely loved that idea! Everything felt so special and more intimate for Tory and Colton. 

Lake Wylie Portraits with Bride & Groom

Along with all of the candid shots I grabbed, we took the time to capture Tory and Colton with their family and friends along Lake Wylie. It was a great chance to take some more casual portraits of them with the people who are most important to them. With such a beautiful evening, I’m glad we took the chance to grab these portraits for them. Everyone had such a great time.

Congratulations again, Tory and Colton! I have loved EVERY second of celebrations I’ve been a part of for you both!
