I am so happy to be sharing Brian and Candice’s engagement portraits on the blog! Their beautiful Glencairn Garden engagement session in Rock Hill SC was a joy to photograph. Brian and Candice are super sweet and fun. They’re also just incredible people. Both Brian and Candice work in mental health and I admire what they do! I loved spending time with them and their dog, Abby, exploring the always stunning gardens and celebrating their love story. 

Elegant Engagement Session at Glencairn Garden

I absolutely love working at Glencairn Garden. It is beautiful year round and there’s so many gorgeous spots for portraits. Brian, Candice, and Abby walked through the park with me to find one of my favorite bridges. We planned the session perfectly for gorgeous light and I love how it came through the trees behind Brian and Candice as they twirled and cuddled together. They’ve been together for awhile, after meeting in Florida, and you can see how comfortable in their relationship. 

I’m obsessed with the blue dress that Candice chose for their portraits. The lace layer was so pretty and it allowed for some really fun movement photos. Candice and Brian also got Abby a cute little bandana that paired well with their outfits – more pops of blue to match. So cute!!! 

Candice and Brian, I cannot wait for your wedding day! It’s going to be beautiful – if this session is any indication. And, I know it will be because Libby from Details Wedding Planning is their planner. She’s one of my favorite Charlotte wedding vendors! I can’t wait to work with her again on their wedding day and bring Candice and Brian’s vision to life.
