Abby and Lachlan are getting married! I was so excited when Abby reached out about doing engagement portraits because I’ve photographed her for many years. The fact that she’s asked me to be her wedding photographer now is so special! She and Lachlan met online a few years ago and fell in love… and now they’re planning their dream wedding. To celebrate, we met up at for their gorgeous Glencairn Garden engagement session!

One of the things I love most about Abby and Lachlan, other than how much they adore each other, is their style. When they arrived at the gardens, I couldn’t stop grinning. Lachlan wore a navy suit to kick off their portraits while Abby chose a beautiful fitted floral dress. They were the perfect chic outfits for engagement portraits in the gardens. We wandered around, looking for interesting light and backgrounds. With the sun setting around us, we truly had some incredible spots for Abby and Lachlan to cozy up! 

Abby has a really unique engagement ring, so I found lots of ways to show it off during their portraits (more than normal!). About halfway through their portraits, Abby changed into a super cute white dress. It was the perfect little reminder that she’s a bride-to-be! I LOVED the bow on the back! Seriously, I adore her style. She’s amazing! They looked amazing throughout Glencairn Gardens, so cute and chic!

Congratulations again, Abby and Lachlan. I’m so happy for you both and I can’t express how much it means to see Abby so happy after knowing her all these years! I can’t wait for your wedding day!!
