As I sit down to write this first blog of the new year, I just want to say that I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season with their loved ones! I’m hoping that the Christmas magic will stay a little bit longer since I’m still sharing about my holiday mini sessions on the blog today. I had the absolute privilege of photographing some of the loveliest families at my Christmas tree farm minis this year. We returned back to the Almond Christmas Tree Farm in Albemarle NC and it was a beautiful afternoon with everyone!

Almond Christmas Tree Farm is a short drive from my home, so I was pleased when so many of my families wanted to plan sessions again this year. Last year was such a fun time! Mini sessions are always a blast because I get to catch up with everyone and capture new portraits for them at the same time. Win-win! This year was just as magical as last year. My families came totally ready to rock their sessions in the cutest outfits – and with the best attitudes. It couldn’t have been a more perfect day.

Thank you to every family who came and supported me this holiday season! I’m so grateful to each and every one of you who has asked me to capture your family’s photos, wedding day, or graduation celebrations. Each one is incredibly special to me and I’m beyond thankful that because of you, I get to make this my job! Here’s to another fantastic year!
