Madison and Rick’s wedding at Providence Country Club in Charlotte, NC was the definition of a perfect fall celebration. From the golden light to the joyful energy that filled every part of the day, it was truly unforgettable. Providence Country Club provided the most stunning backdrop for their wedding, and I loved every moment spent capturing it.

Fall Wedding at Providence Country Club

Providence Country Club offers a variety of beautiful event spaces, making it one of the most versatile and elegant wedding venues in Charlotte. Madison and Rick took full advantage of the property’s breathtaking scenery during their portraits. On top of the beautiful landscape of the venue, we were gifted with the most gorgeous fall weather to match.

Madison got ready with her bridesmaids who wore the most stunning dresses in various patterns and styles, all beautifully coordinated in a light teal color. The mix-and-match look created such a dreamy, elevated aesthetic that complemented the elegant backdrop of Providence Country Club perfectly. In fact, some of my favorite photos of the day are of the wedding party.

Once ready, Madison shared an emotional first look with her dad, followed by a first look with Rick. One of the things that stood out most to me throughout the day was Rick’s joy. He was smiling ear-to-ear all day! You could just feel how excited he was to marry Madison. Throughout the day, Madison was focused on making sure everyone else was taken care of. She has such a generous heart and such a calm presence. Together, Madison and Rick are the sweetest couple and were such a joy to work with.

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony

Their ceremony took place on the Back Lawn, which features a cascading staircase leading to a romantic setting. It was the perfect place for them to exchange vows. After the ceremony, everyone remained outside for cocktail hour.There was an overflow of joy, lingering conversation, and love that filled the evening.

An Elegant Reception

Guests gathered inside the ballroom for their elegant reception. Providence Country Club truly offers the best of both indoor and outdoor wedding spaces in Charlotte, making it such a wonderful choice for couples planning a wedding celebration in Charlotte, NC.

Once the dance floor opened, it stayed packed! Steve from Split Second Sound absolutely brought the energy and kept the celebration going all night long. The sparkler send off was the perfect ending to this incredible wedding day.
