Winter Wonderland Wedding at River Run Country Club

I LOVE photographing styled shoots. They’re always so much fun – super collaborative, and a great way to update portfolios and create new connections in the wedding community. This year, Victoria of Events by Victoria, asked if I would capture her incredible Winter Wonderland wedding styled shoot at River Run Country Club in Davidson NC. I was absolutely blow away when I arrived and saw her vision come to life!

Winter Wonderland Wedding Day

Victoria brought together some of my favorite Charlotte NC wedding vendors to create this magical winter wonderland. The vendor team created a beautiful ceremony setup and reception space inside River Run Country Club. It was filled with silver, blue, and white details – everything felt so bright and welcoming! We worked with a sweet couple who were happy to model for us and we had a lot of laughs documenting all of the vendors’ hard work. I loved that they clearly brought the feeling of winter inside the venue – with lots of natural details, ornaments, and sparkly accents.

I was absolutely obsessed with the two dress options Bluebird Bridal brought for our bride. Both were seriously stunning and she looked incredible!! We also rented some jewelry from The Bare Diamond and I loved taking the time to document those small details. She also had a gorgeous bouquet with white flowers and pinecones. It was the perfect little winter pop!! The highlight of the day for me, though, was definitely Charlotte the Figgy! This beautiful blue car was a great prop for photos outside River Run Country Club (and a great option for getaways on wedding days!). We ended the day with some fun photos near the bright marquee letters.
