Congratulations to Lindsay and Bennett! They planned a beautiful and romantic spring celebration at The Stockroom at 230 in Downtown Raleigh. It was absolutely stunning and a wonderful way to wrap up my March weddings. I truly adore Lindsay and Bennett – and their families. I actually did Lindsay’s sister’s high school senior portraits a few years ago, so it was great to see Kacie and everyone again for her sister’s wedding day. 

Spring Wedding Day in Raleigh, NC

Since they were having a spring wedding, Lindsay and Bennett realty leaned into the lighter color palette for their day. They chose lots of light pinks, purples, and other light pastel colors to use throughout the day from Lindsay’s bouquet to displays for their reception. The Stockroom at 230 has a lot of wood and exposed brick, so the light colors worked perfectly against all of the space. Lindsay’s pastel bouquet truly popped against her wedding gown and she looked stunning! I know Bennett felt the same based on his super sweet emotional reaction during their first look. That was actually one of my favorite parts of their entire day! There’s a little park right behind the Stockroom, so we were able to have them meet their for a first look and their first portraits as (almost) husband and wife. It was just perfect!!

Like I mentioned, I really adore Lindsay and Bennett – and their families. The entire group was so welcoming and sweet to me. I truly have the best couples!! It was clear that everyone there was just so excited for the newlyweds to finally be married. They had a great time celebrating all night and kept the dance floor packed. Some of my favorite photos of the night happened while everyone was dancing away at the reception, ha! I’m just thrilled  that Lindsay and Bennett have so many wonderful people in their lives to celebrate with them.
