A few months ago, I shared Janice and Matt’s maternity session as they prepared to welcome their baby boy to the world. Well, he’s arrived!! We had their lifestyle newborn session recently to officially welcome Hudson home and I am so excited to be sharing them with you all today!! As you know, Janice and Matt have worked with me for their biggest moments of the last few years. I’ve been honored to photograph their engagement session and wedding day, plus Janice’s bridal portraits. So to see their family grow and meet their little guy was definitely a special day for me! 

Lifestyle Newborn Session 

For their lifestyle newborn session, Janice and Matt welcomed me to their beautiful time. We had the best time!! To be honest, this was my first newborn session in quite awhile and I was a little bit nervous. But, in the end, it was seriously a blast and I’m so happy they asked me to capture this special time for their new family. Hudson is just a sweetheart and his name is such a classic choice – it’s perfect for this little guy!! 

Janice and Matt are naturals with their new baby. It’s clear they were always meant to be parents and I couldn’t be happier for them both. While I loved capturing all three of them together, there was something super special about documenting those quiet moments with each parent and their new son. Congratulations again Janice and Matt! I’m so happy I was able to capture this special time for you three.
