Byron’s South End Wedding: Taryn and Ryan

Taryn and Ryan’s Byron’s South End wedding was as stylish and fun as their engagement portraits were (which I totally knew would be the case!). Their romantic day was just filled with so much love and great energy. I feel lucky I was able to be a part of it!! Honestly, I don’t think I can pick a favorite part of their day – I loved it all so much from start to finish. I hope you will too!

Stylish Bridal Look

When I arrived to capture Taryn getting ready at the Kimpton Hotel, I was greeted by Bug – their dog! I was so happy they found some ways to include Bug in their wedding day, including hanging out with the girls and helping Taryn get ready. PS – If you’re looking for a spot to get ready before your an uptown Charlotte wedding, definitely check out the Kimpton. It’s one of my favorites!! Taryn finished getting ready before we ventured over to Romare Bearden Park for her first look and bridal party portraits. I am still SO obsessed with Taryn’s bridal look. She’s effortlessly chic and her gown was just gorgeous.

Byron’s South End Wedding

Taryn and Ryan had a romantic first look in the park before portraits with their bridal party. We then headed over to the Design Center Atrium, a building over from Byron’s South End, for their wedding ceremony. Their ceremony was super sweet. They had a friend as their officiant, which I always love. Ceremonies are even more meaningful when you include people you love like that! Afterwards, we snuck out for a few more portraits around Charlotte… including the heart mural we all love so much! Then it was time to party! Taryn and Ryan had a live band performing and everyone LOVED it. The party definitely continued long after I left.
