Dan and Becky just celebrated 50 years married!! Their sweet daughter Rachel reached out to me about capturing some winter anniversary portraits on the family’s property last year and I’m so excited to share them with you today. Dan and Becky are probably the sweetest couple I’ve met and I LOVED every minute with them. Their family joined them for some of the portraits and we had a great time celebrating their marriage.

50th Anniversary Photos in Charlotte

Dan and Becky are a reminder of what marriage and love should look like. Now and fifty years down the road. Capturing their 50th anniversary photos was definitely a special session for me. I’m so, so thankful that Rachel hired me to do these for her parents! Dan and Becky showed me around their property out in the country during our portraits. We had the most beautiful winter sunset and everyone was definitely in the Christmas spirit! It’s clear to see how much Dan and Becky still love each other, after these 50 years. I may or may not have been tearing up behind my camera. Becky was just SO beautiful and sweet during the session. It was even sweeter to me to see the whole family together celebrating Dan and Becky – what a special memory for all of them!

At the end of their portraits, we relaxed on their front porch for a few more photos with their dog, Jack. And I even got to meet their chickens! Dan and Becky, thank you for your hospitality and for sharing your love story. I loved every minute of your anniversary portraits!!
