THE ANDREWS FARM BRIDAL PORTRAITS

Katie and Lathan got married on Friday and now I can finally share Katie’s GORGEOUS Andrews Farm bridals. These bridal portraits just remind me how much I LOVE capturing these sessions. Katie is truly such a sweet and easy going lady (and bride!) and her romantic bridals were so much fun to capture.

Katie’s Bridal Look

Katie decided on a very natural look for her wedding day. I loved getting a little sneak peek of how beautiful she was going to be for her wedding day during these portraits. That’s probably the best part for me – getting the inside scoop, ha! With a simple updo and her modern gown from BlueBird Bridal, Katie looked absolutely stunning. I mean, don’t you just LOVE all of the lace details on her gown?! She also brought along a mockup of her bridal bouquet and it was gorgeous. The perfect pop of summer and early fall colors in her portraits. For her session, her mom and one of her good friends also came along with us. I always encourage a little cheering squad for your bridal portrait session. It makes everything more fun! Plus, I can always use some extra hands to toss a veil!

The Andrews Farm

This gorgeous venue is located in Midland, North Carolina – just outside of Charlotte. It was absolutely perfect for Katie’s bridal portraits!! With a farmhouse, beautiful gardens, and some open property… there’s SO many great options for portraits here. Honestly, Andrews Farm reminds me of a quaint (and modern) garden – quiet, beautiful, private. I can’t wait to come back here! The Andrews Farm has been part of the owner’s family for three generations and you can tell how much they love taking care of this venue – especially the house. Seriously, the elegant and modern farmhouse might just be my favorite part!! I loved all of the dramatic indoor portraits we got of Katie inside. Oh and I can’t forget the sunset we got at the end of Katie’s bridals! Just amazing!!!!

Congratulations again, Katie (and Lathan!). I can’t wait to share more of their beautiful elopement with you so soon! But for now, enjoy Katie’s beautiful autumn bridals!
