This was my first year offering holiday mini sessions at two local tree farms and it was a blast! I welcomed some of my families to the gorgeous Almond Tree Farm to kick off the season. I then offered another set of mini sessions at a second location in York, SC: Penland Christmas Tree Farm. It was another gorgeous day with beautiful families and the perfect Christmas trees. Mini Sessions at Penland Christmas Tree Farm

I’ve been wanting to offer holiday mini sessions like this for a few years now, so I was thrilled when my families were so interested in these Christmas Tree Farm mini sessions. They’re a great, low-stress way to update family photos and capture some really fun seasonal portraits. Four families came with me to Penland Christmas Tree Farm. I had two of my couples there to celebrate and two families with younger children. All of them were honestly so fun!  

Mini sessions tend to go by quickly – they’re usually small slots of time – but I love that we can still capture so many special moments. Because of how short the sessions are, I move fast but I was lucky that all of my families and couples were soooo amazing! They made my job easy and I really loved all of their galleries when I sent them off. I adored the way these Christmas photos turned out and I hope they did too!
