Congratulations, Ethan and Jett! Their early morning wedding on Morrow Mountain was absolutely stunning this December. Ethan and Jett planned a romantic and intimate wedding day with just their family present to celebrate. I feel so honored to have been a part of this celebration and a witness to Ethan and Jett becoming one! 

Early Morning Morrow Mountain Wedding

Ethan and Jett met in high school and are finishing up their education at UNC Charlotte right now. They’re both super sweet and I loved the chance to get to know them more throughout wedding planning. Their wedding day was quiet and intimate, overlooking the view from Morrow Mountain. Morrow Mountain is actually pretty close to where I live – so I was excited to be close to home and enjoy the natural beauty of where we live throughout the morning.  

The ceremony took place early in the morning – and it was chilly! But, everyone bared the cold weather to watch Ethan and Jett be married. Jett walked down the aisle with her father to the overlook, where their sweet ceremony took place. Afterwards, Ethan and Jett shared coffee and donuts with their family. I loved that fun twist on a reception for this early morning wedding. 

I captured Jett and Ethan’s wedding portraits after that. They were so playful – and even fed each other donuts – it was hilarious! The views from Morrow Mountain are absolutely beautiful, and it was the perfect backdrop for the newlyweds on that chilly December morning. It was the best ending for their morning wedding in Albemarle! 

Congratulations, Ethan and Jett. I’m so happy for you and absolutely honored that you asked me to capture your intimate wedding in the mountains! It was a dream!
