The Spring House Wedding in Winston-Salem NC

Congratulations, Chelsea and Connor! The newlyweds held a gorgeous spring wedding at The Spring House in Winston-Salem, NC. I was out on maternity leave the day of their wedding, so my associates Heather and Tricia photographed their beautiful day. I loved looking through the final images and re-living Chelsea and Connor’s wedding day. The Spring House is just such a fun venue – it’s so different than anywhere else we’ve photographed before!!

The Spring House Wedding

Chelsea and Connor’s wedding day was SO elegant. Katharine Mann Events helped plan this classic celebration – and you can tell! She knocked it out of the park (as usual!). Chelsea was well prepared the morning of the wedding and had all of her details for Heather and Tricia to capture, including two pairs of shoes – some sparkly Keds and a pair of heels with wedding cake snow globes instead of traditional wedges! They also had their super cute invitation suite which featured their dog, Scout. I got to meet Scout during their engagement session, so it was fun to see how they brought his presence into their celebration!

Chelsea and Connor decided to have a first look on the patio outside the Spring House. This venue was seriously something else! I can’t get over all of the greenery and flowers everywhere. It was the perfect quiet spot for their first look before meeting up with the wedding party for more photos. The bridesmaids wore chic black gowns and the groomsmen were in classic tuxes. Seriously, everything about this wedding was just SO classic and elegant!

Their ceremony took place on the lawn under a tent filled with hanging greenery. It was super romantic and I loved the extra accents on the top of the tent. Everything just created this garden vibe that was so romantic. Their reception went on between the outdoor patio and inside space, which was really fun too. Chelsea and Connor carried the green, black, and white details throughout the space – which meant everything flowed super well together. Scout was featured again on their specialty cocktail drink sign, too. The entire day was seriously so beautiful.
