I just adore McKenzie and Jacob! Their Downtown Concord engagement portraits were a blast to photograph. They’re such a laid back couple and absolute naturals in front of the camera. It made for a truly beautiful session capturing what makes their relationship special as they prepare to embark on the next chapter of their lives together: marriage. 

Downtown Concord Engagement Portraits

McKenzie and Jacob are amazing people. Jacob is training to go into law enforcement and McKenzie is studying to be an elementary school teacher. After spending time with them, I know they’re both going to do incredible things in their respective fields. I’m glad they have each other to love and support each other. Watching them reminded me how important that strong foundation really is for any relationship. 

During their session, we explored Downtown Concord. We found a great whitewashed wall for the start of their session and made sure to grab portraits in the crosswalk since it was quiet on the streets. After their outfit change, we walked more downtown, finding quiet spots for them to cozy up together getting the downtown vibes in their portraits. I absolutely loved McKenzie’s dress for the end of the session. She looked like a perfect bride! 

McKenzie and Jacob are getting married in April at The Farmstead, one of my favorite venues! I can’t wait for their gorgeous spring wedding day. I know it’s going to be absolutely beautiful!!
