I can’t wait for you to see Laura and Ryan’s Vesuvius Vineyards engagement session. These two are the absolute sweetest people I’ve ever known and their portraits were so much fun to capture. Laura and I clicked SO well on our first consultation call. It was great to get to hear the story of how she and Ryan met, and had their beautiful little girl Sydney. After we hung up and they decided to book with me, I couldn’t wait for their engagement session to arrive! 

Vesuvius Vineyards Engagement Session

I’d never actually been to Vesuvius Vineyards before their session. We decided to do their portraits here because that’s where they’re tying the knot in October. And I have to say, I’m pretty obsessed already. I know their wedding day there is going to be beautiful, too! There’s so many beautiful spots all around the property! We started at the house on the property – it was built in 1792 and it’s the oldest home in Lincoln County. It was the perfect spot for portraits of Laura, Ryan, and Sydney – right on the front steps. It’s truly like stepping back into time! Across the road, we also found a little creekside spot I fell in love with. With a covered bridge and the water below, it’s a seriously stunning spot. 

Not only was it fun to get to know Laura and Ryan, but I loved getting to know Sydney. She’s going to be Laura’s maid of honor when they get married this fall and I mean, is there anything cuter than that?! This sweet family is so much fun and I can’t wait to see them get married in October. For now, I hope you enjoy a little look into this fun Vesuvius Vineyards engagement session!
