Joanna and Jacob were married surrounded by their loved ones and under the most beautiful summer sunshine! I am not exaggerating when I say they did not stop smiling all day long!

As I walked through the season of engagement and wedding planning with them, they have truly treated me like a member of their family. And their wedding day was no different! Jacob and Joanna paid extra special attention to every detail so that every guest and vendor felt loved and valued! They made sure I had a wonderful place to stay for the evening and arranged two meals for me apart from the meal at their wedding. They even had a cooler of snacks and drinks waiting for Kieran and I when we arrived! I was absolutely blown away by how much they cared for me. I am so grateful to work with couples like them, who go out of their way to show hospitality and generosity.

Just to give you another picture of how loving their relationship is… during portraits JoAnna’s feet started hurting, and without a second thought, Jacob just swept her off her feet to relieve the pain. What a selfless act of love, to pick someone up and carry them. If you scroll far enough in this post you’ll get to see a photo of it, and it might be one of my favorite’s from the whole day!

Being a wedding photographer is not something that I take lightly… I love serving each of my couples by honoring them and their unique love story. As one of the bridesmaids so beautifully put it at their wedding, forever and an instant met with the two of them! I hope you enjoy these images from their special day.
