I love photographing senior sessions! Duke University has the most beautiful campus – and the most fun students. Diya’s session was no exception. She is the sweetest! Diya is in fiance and will be moving to New York over the summer to start her career. She reached out to me, wanting to schedule graduation portraits to document the end of her college career at Duke. We planned super Duke Chapel graduation portraits to celebrate. I loved watching Diya light up as she realized how close to the end of school she is!

Duke Chapel Graduation Portraits

During Diya’s session, we had a great time outside Duke Chapel. It’s one of my all-time favorite spots on campus – the arches and front steps are perfect backdrops for portraits that feel elegant and timeless. Diya wore a super cute white dress under her cap and gown (which always double as props in senior sessions!) and we ended our session with a champagne pop!

Senior portraits at Duke University are more than just a tradition: they’re a chance to celebrate everything you’ve accomplished during your time on campus. These photos aren’t just about caps and gowns (though we love those too); they’re about showing off your personality, your style, and the journey that brought you here.
