The Grand Bohemian Hotel Wedding with Classic Details

Hope and John’s wedding was so much fun! They planned a beautiful and classic wedding day here in Charlotte, NC. This was my first wedding at the Grand Bohemian Hotel – and Hope and John did NOT disappoint! Everything was beautiful and the hotel was a joy to photograph all day long. I can’t wait for you to see every elegant detail of this dream wedding day!!

The Grand Bohemian Hotel Wedding Ceremony

One of the highlights of Hope and John’s wedding day had to be their outdoor ceremony. Even though it was hot that day, the space the hotel provides is shaded and it was absolutely perfect. In fact, the garden features a beautiful sculpture that Hope and John exchanged vows in front of! It was beautiful!!! Not to mention – it was a gorgeous spot for portraits after the ceremony was over. Hope and John decided to not have a first look beforehand, so their ceremony was extra emotional for them both. I was so happy to get to watch them become husband and wife.

Classic Wedding Reception in Charlotte

Their reception was so much fun! Vinny from Split Second Sound brought the party – and we all had a great time. When I look at their reception photos, I just see the joy that Hope and John – and their families – bring to the room. Everything felt so classic and elegant, even their party! It was amazing to watch everyone have such a good time celebrating!

Unfortunately, about a week after the wedding Hope’s younger sister, Reagan, passed away. She was absolutely adorable the day her sister was married. A loss like this is huge but I hope that Hope and her family find solace in the images that we captured of her celebrating with her sister. Hope, I’m thinking of you and your family every day – and sending you so many prayers.
