Separk Mansion Wedding with Kids

Sara and Jason’s Separk Mansion wedding with kids and I can’t wait to share it with you today. The first time I met Sara and Jason was on their wedding day. But, through all of the planning and prep, I just knew they were my kind of people: relaxed, in love, and so much fun. While we were planning, Sara often talked about her four kids – who were heavily involved in the wedding – and I couldn’t wait to meet them either! Once I arrived to Separk Mansion on the day of their wedding, I immediately felt welcomed by all of them… and that was just so incredible. Thank you to my couples (and their families) for always making me feel so welcome!

When Sara and Jason were planning, they wanted to find the perfect way to incorporate Sara’s kids into the day. I love that they wound up having her daughter be a junior bridesmaids and her sons be junior groomsmen and ring bearers. It was SO cute and helped them feel like part of the day. Sara and Jason also had a sand ceremony that the kids were a part of, too. I think it was such a great idea!!!! And from what I could tell, the kids loved it too.

One thing that will always stand out to me about Sara and Jason is just how easy they made my job. Not only were they just relaxed and enjoying their day, but their wedding party and families did too. Everyone was so welcoming and nice – and they LOVED breaking it down on the dance floor. I’m always excited when I see my couples getting to have such relaxed and enjoyable wedding days. This big day and moment in your life should be so full of joy and the people you love!!

And with such amazing guests, it was easy to capture some really fun candid shots of everyone – which is one of my favorite parts of being a wedding photographer.Congratulations again, Sara and Jason!
