I’m SO excited to be sharing this special session with you today! I recently photographed Kelsey’s Winston-Salem maternity portraits and they were extra meaningful to me. Kelsey is my soon to be step sister-in-law and I am beyond excited for her as she embarks on her next journey: motherhood. We recently celebrated the stunning mama-to-be with her baby shower. Afterwards, I was asked to capture some maternity portraits for her and Saige. These springtime Winston-Salem maternity photos were seriously a joy to capture and I can’t wait for you to see them!

Winston-Salem Maternity Photos

Kelsey and Saige had their baby shower in Mount Airy. It was on this perfect little property with fields and a pond right outside. I couldn’t have asked for a better location for their portraits. With the sun going down around us, we captured Kelsey and sweet Eliza Jane! I just love that name, don’t you? Kelsey was glowing – and has been her whole pregnancy. I know she’s going to be the best mom!! Although I don’t usually photograph maternity sessions, I’m so, so happy that Kelsey asked me to capture hers. There’s nothing like documenting special moments – but when they’re for family, it’s even more important to me.

With the beautiful light and the perfect backdrop, Kelsey chose the most beautiful gown. It was springy and a fun pink color to celebrate Baby Eliza Jane and she looked wonderful in it. It was the perfect pop of color against all of the greens in the area. Congratulations again Kelsey (and Saige) and thank you for letting me be a part of your journey!!
