Oh, I am so excited to share this senior session with you all!!! Caroline and I went to downtown Kannapolis, North Carolina for her shoot. Those of you who know me well know that I LOVE dance–I took dance lessons for fourteen years growing up! Caroline dances at the same studio I danced at–Cabarrus Dance Academy! She brought along a really pretty black tutu and all of her dance shoes for some creative portraits. Needless to say, I love photographing dancers. It just makes my heart so happy! 

One of my favorite spots to shoot is at the North Carolina Research Campus in the heart of downtown Kannapolis. It is such a beautiful, elegant place for portraits! Every time I shoot there I feel like I’m in Washington, DC or some other amazing city just because of how the campus looks. Caroline brought a few of her favorite outfits with her–she informed me that a couple outfits were from Adair Style Studio in Concord–I think I’ll be shopping there soon!!! She had all of her jewelry precisely planned out for each outfit. I was so impressed!
